The Rams wouldn't have gotten Vaccaro even if they had stood pat. Good move by the Rams to move up and get Austin.

what is the maturation speed of receivers anymore? Am I thinking it takes two or three years? Michael Crabtree style? Or was that because Frisco's offense was behind.
