If you click on county-by-county results for the U.S. Senate race you'll find that some counties have a notation that absentee and early votes may not be included in numbers. The counties which have this notation on it are: Barnes County (0/15 precincts are in as of 12:40 p.m.), Burleigh County, Dunn County, Emmons County, Grand Forks County, Logan County, McKenzie County, Mercer County, Nelson County, Richland County, Sheridan County, Ward County and Williams County.

As already stated, Colorado voters legalized recreational marijuana. Washington also voted to legalize & tax sales, and Massachusetts legalized it for medical use.

only 4 precincts left in the west (Berg country) and the rest in Barnes Co, which went Blue last statewide election (Berg vs. Pomeroy)

I'd be shocked to see anything happen to legalize marijuana on the federal level in less than ten years. But I think we'll continue to see more happen on the state level, perhaps enough to force a federal review and change the legality with 20 years. Either way, the next few years will be very interesting as more state laws clash with federal.

I think this election would've been too early, BizMarkie. Hopefully, given great results we've seen tonight, we can revisit this in the future. Lots of people can really benefit.

InForum now says 416 of 426 reporting with Heitkamp up 2,952. Guessing those last few were from the West.

The remaining precincts to be reported are in Barnes County (15), McKenzie County (2), Mercer County (1) and Williams County (1)
